At this time, we only serve participants who are funded through CLTS and IRIS.

Usually never. The CLTS  program is designed to bring high-quality services at no cost to eligible participants, however in extremely rare occasions some out-of-pocket costs can come up. Consult with your Case Manager to learn more.

Badger Wellness' supervisors and case managers will review your application information and connect you with someone based on your preferences, needs, and goals. If you don't think you have the right match, we will help you find the right fit!
